Steps to reproduce:
1. pacman -S shadowsocks-libev shadowsocks-v2ray-plugin
2. Start shadowsocks service with v2ray plugin (Follow instruction in https://github.com/shadowsocks/v2ray-plugin/blob/master/README.md)
3. Check memory (which is normal)
4. pacman -Su linux (upgrade from 5.4 to 5.5) and reboot
5. OOM in 1 minute.
