Steps to reproduce:
1 suspend system
2 resume system
3 try to type text or use touchpad to move cursor

Actual result:
Keyboard became sluggish and cursour movement sticky.


Downgrade to 5.4.15.arch1 solves the issue.

Same problem with DELL e6540

UI: Plasma
CPU: Intel i7-4800MQ
GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

System is running fine until suspend/resume. Downgrade to 5.4.15 solve this problem.

Still same issue with 5.5.6-arch1-1. System (desktop) is slow after resume, With linux-lts 5.4.22-1 everything works fine.
