Description:
REMOVE THE CODE OSS PACKAGE AND REPLACE WITH VSCODIUM.
THE TELEMETRY WON'T DISABLED BY THE SOFTWARE UNDER USER REQUEST.

Steps to reproduce:
WHEN I OPENED SETTINGS AND TRY TO DISABLE IT.
AFTER THE RESTART THE TELEMETRY IS STILL ENABLE.
