Description:
whenever Xorg is running CTRL Alt F2...F8 gives login terminal. When login as ROOT, NO PASSWORD IS REQUIRED TO
LOGIN !!!!

uname -a : Linux e7440 5.4.13-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri, 17 Jan 2020 23:09:54 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Startup wait for GDM login type ctrl alt F2 and type root.

This is a fundamental builtin feature of Unix/Linux, to switch to a new login console via CTRL+ALT+F2

You can disable it by reading the xorg.conf(5) manpage, and looking for:

Option "DontVTSwitch" "boolean"

As for being able to login as root without a password, this is your fault for not setting a password during https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Installation_guide#Root_password so I have no idea what you expected???
