Description: After updating to 70.0.1 (not sure if direct cause or just caused by updating system as whole), firefox is not able to play videos on some sites. Installing libmfx fixes the problem, so I guess it should be as at least optional dependency?

Additional info:
* package version(s) - 70.0.1
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:

Install firefox and not have libmfx installed
Go to mall.tv
Try to play some witho

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  Used by ffmpeg, not firefox, and ffmpeg depends on intel-media-sdk which provides libmfx.so
