Description:
After update gvim doesn't open a URL under the cursor in a browser after pressing gx. Instead it downloads it to /tmp and then opens a saved page in a browser. Downgrading to 8.1.2268-2 solves the problem.

Steps to reproduce:
Place the cursor on a line with a URL
Press gx
