Description:
Using the GBA core requires placing a rom file in Higan's GBA sys folder (usually ~/.local/share/higan/Game Boy Advance.sys)[1]. However, the Arch package patches the paths so that the rom should be placed in /usr/share/higan/Game Boy Advance.sys - a system folder that the user should not modify by hand. This makes it impossible to install the BIOS and run the GBA core.
Additional info:
* package version(s): 106-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Library>Nintendo>Game Boy Advance...
2. See error message "missing required file: /usr/share/higan/Game Boy Advance.sys/bios.rom"

Only templates are in share now, which are then copied to write-enabled folders, so this should be resolved.
