Please backport the fix for upstream bug 205047 into the linux kernel.

The patch noted in the comments of https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=205047

i.e. in https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=205047#c49

is documented to fix a bug in the e1000e driver, which is necessary as https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/e1000e-dkms/ no longer works for the 5.4.x line of kernels.
