Description:
There was a change recently that changed how the geoip databases can be downloaded:

https://blog.maxmind.com/2019/12/18/significant-changes-to-accessing-and-using-geolite2-databases/

This breaks the current PKGBUILD which downloads from the old geolite.maxmind.com urls.

geoip2-database has been removed in favour of the geoipupdate tool.
Unfortunately this requires the creation of a MaxMind account but I don't see any other options.
