This should be especially doable for the wiki. Using a darker solarized everywhere theme (https://github.com/alphapapa/solarized-everything-css), the wiki already looks quite good. (also note that Qt-based browsers just started supporting the `prefers-color-scheme`). A lot of KDE pages already support this css setting as well, and the results are quite good. See for example: https://kde.org/announcements/releases/2020-01-apps-update/.

For what do you want a dark theme, since this isn't really clear to me.

I want to not feel pain in my eyes at the night, and I do not want to wake my girlfriend by light from my displays. I want dark theme for everything. Not only me, but maybe most of software developers. Good examples of sites with dark theme:

https://youtube.com (you can choose dark theme at the top-right)
https://www.reddit.com (also in settings)
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org (if on Mac or Firefox chosen dark theme)
https://kde.org (if on Mac or Firefox chosen dark theme)
https://septatrix.github.io/cpython-dark-docs (soon it will be official theme for Python language)

Please, this is so important, this is basic accessibility. If your approve me, I can contribute.

Flyspray can be customized to support automatic dark mode. The attached image is 100k tasks, 30k users generated example with todays Flyspray github master branch.

For Firefox 68.5.0esr on Linux I had to manually add the property ui.systemUsesDarkTheme to the about:config and set to 1 to get the effect when choosing the custom_example.css which loads darkmode.css and uses prefers-color-scheme media query.

Ah, and I am not UI designer, just showed the technical possibility. So you have been warned if you get eye cancer.

As I understand dark mode already exists in Flyspray and someday will works for Arch?

It is certainly possible but Arch is not going to invest time right now in flyspray as we want to migrate away from it.

I'm willing to do this for the wiki. Where should I clone the code and push my changes?

Cool. Talk to Pierre Schmitz about this.

The code is located here, it's a standard mediawiki install with an custom Arch extension https://github.com/archlinux/archwiki

This will not be worked on as we have no interest in investing into flyspray. It will give way to our GitLab at some point and that does have a dark theme.
