Description:
Audio output is erratic and input is noisy after update to this kernel in my ASUS Zenbook. It appears that this patch (https://mailman.alsa-project.org/pipermail/alsa-devel/2018-December/142689.html) was created to fix similar issues earlier, but the latest update reverses the effects of the patch,

Additional info:
* package version(s) 4.19.91-1
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

We re at 4.19.97 now. Is this still an issue? If yes please find the first version breaking it or better git bisect your issue and report it upstream.
