beep 1.4.6-1 is not reproducible because
/usr/share/man/man1/beep.1.gz upstream's Makefile calls gzip
without the --no-name parameter when compressing the
manpage, which results in a compression-time timestamp being
embedded in the compressed data. I've filed a pull request
to fix this with upstream:
