I labeled this as "Low" severity since you can still connect to wpa2-psk networks

Note: This did not happen with NetworkManager 1.20.8

This has been reported to NetworkManager: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/issues/320 .

Although the issue was caused by NetworkManager 1.22, it's most likely not a bug of it. My guess is that plasma-nm, or something between plasma-nm and NetworkManager (networkmanager-qt?), has not been adapted to some change in NetworkManager 1.22.

For reference, there's also a thread in the forums: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=251556 .
