Description:
caddy plugins.go bad URL

Additional info:
package cannot be build with plugins

Steps to reproduce:
enable any plugin, try to build

there is an error in URL with plugins
the right URL is> https://caddyserver.com/v1/api/download-page

there is v1 in URL, as the v2 of caddy is comming

It would also be cool, it some plugins already build in to published package (cgi)

the sources of the cgi plugin are stalled and the repo archived, i will not enable such a plugin by default.
Im not recommending using that plugin in caddy, instead just proxy to uwsgi

Note: You can still use the package asp to build caddy with your favourite plugins. Just uncomment the plugins in the _plugins list.
