Description:
The TensorBoard package is missing a dependency: python-google-auth-oauthlib. The error message is attached.

* tensorboard: 2.1.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
* Open TensorBoard in a directory, eg. `tensorboard --logdir=logs/`
