Hello, as we don't have a suitable tier 1 mirror in Iran,
I've decided to mirror archlinux packages on my own servers
and I'm applying for a tier 2 mirror and over time apply for

It seems that there is a problem in Iran Internet and it's not specific to our servers, it's nationwide as it seems that other websites in Iran can't be opened from foreign countries as well (not completely down but lots of packet loss).

My question is this now, as I'm mirroring this for Iran users and they don't have problem now and these things (internet loss, packet loss from outside countries, ...) happens a lot in our country unfortunately should I mail arch-mirrors-announce whenever I realize there is a problem or not?
As long as the mirror works inside Iran and you can somehow update the mirror via rsync that's enough for us.

I'm wondering when does this mirror adds to pacman-mirrorlist package:)
Please remove it from pacman-mirrorlist asap.
