Not working here too. WIFI is OK but LAN is not getting a DHCP ip. Booting on Fedora 31 and it works.

My NetworkManager systemd files were completely empty after installing networkmanager-1.22.0-1.

Fixed the issue with:

cat /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf
# Configuration file for NetworkManager.
# See "man 5 NetworkManager.conf" for details.
[main]
dhcp=dhcpcd

Looks related to internal DHCP client.

Hi, would you be able to attach to NM with gdb, add a breakpoint at n-dhcp4-client.c:684 and check the value of r when the assertion fails?
