DetailsDescription:
slirp for user mode networking is now a standalone library. A libslirp package was recently added to Arch Community repo. For security reasons it is obviously better to use a system lib for ease of independent updating, especially for such a security sensitive component which has a history of CVE's. Both Fedora and Debian have switched to system libslirp. Needed PKGBUILD changes: - add libslirp to _headlessdeps - add --enable-slirp=system to the configure invocation in _build() More info here: https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/2019-12/msg00697.html |
