Details Description: Postgresql service (11.5-4) will not start with either icu.64.2-1 or 65.1-2. Please see the following link for details: https://forum.manjaro.org/t/unable-to-get-a-working-postgresql-database-after-recent-upgrade/115065 I tried creating symlinks to the exiting files for each file that wasn't found, with no avail.
