Description: uranium depends on pyqt5-common, but this is no longer in the repos.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 4.3.0-4 and testing 4.4.0-1

Steps to reproduce: Attempt to install uranium, which fails

Sorry Scimmia, I didn't mean to be hyperbolic with the Severity. If a package won't build, should the Severity be marked "High"? The [Bug reporting guidelines](https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Bug_reporting_guidelines#Severity) were not clear. If so, I'll edit the wiki to clarify.
