Details

The current upower package depends on libimobiledevice, but the Readme (link below) states that this dependency is optional.
Therefore it should be moved to optdepends.

I tested it locally on my machine and it seems to be stable so far.

Additional comments about closing:  Build time optional and run time optional are very different things.
