Detailsvpnc 4.0 package needs to be rebuild with iproute as dependence because it complains about a missing "ip" program. I've installed iproute et everything is ok now.

Although vpnc-script should work without iproute, it never worked that good. I think adding that dependency seems like a good idea.

The script works not without iproute, for me, only with....when will fix this dep..?
