I have similar problem, my wifi doesn't start after update to kernel 5.4.x
My wifi card is: Intel Corporation Wireless-AC 9560 [Jefferson Peak], it should use iwlwifi-9000-pu-b0-jf-b0-34.618819.0 driver

I attach log from my dmesg

so does my Intel Wireless NIC:

$ lspci | grep -i wireless
00:14.3 Network controller: Intel Corporation Cannon Point-LP CNVi [Wireless-AC] (rev 30)

it works on 5.3.11-arch1-1, but not the newer kernel.
