Additional comments about closing:  The test domain no longer shows these errors, although it still should not be used for production.

aur-dev is not an end-user domain, use https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nuclide/

The aur-dev version uses a frozen, old snapshot of site data and is meant purely as a developer sandbox for testing out changes. I'm curious how you even came across a link to this.

At any rate, I got devops to update the ACLs on the test domain to include the "aur-maintainers" group, and updated the localedir key to look for locales in the aur-dev vhost (after running make install in the po/ directory).
