DetailsThe libcrossguid (https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/libcrossguid/) package is missing the pkgconfig file, which is included upstream and built by CMake. It should be included to conveniently link the package in CMake projects.

That is only true for github master. If you wish the pkg-config file to be installed, you must request for upstream to tag a new release containing the 52 commits since the latest (August 2017) release.
