Description:

There is at least one bug fixed by this in the firewalld bugtracker, https://github.com/firewalld/firewalld/issues/547 and likely this one as well https://github.com/firewalld/firewalld/issues/549. See the referenced bug for the necessary patches at https://github.com/firewalld/firewalld/issues/540. 0.9.3 should be out shortly, but firewalld-0.8.0 has already been promoted. I don't actually use the software on Arch, but I figured I'd jump in since I'm doing the same waiting game over in LFS and already created a patch for my own testing at http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~dj/nftables-0.9.2-json_support-1.patch (I added direct links in the patch header if you want to cherry pick them). I gave it a medium severity as it is generating bugs in another project's bug tracker.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
nftables-0.9.2 with firewalld-0.8.0

* config and/or log files etc.
See referenced bugs in the firewalld bug tracker.

* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:

Interesting that I am unable to close a task that I had opened. I confirm that this task should now be closed as resolved.
