$ pkg-list-linked-libraries clementine libicui18n
==> checking linked libraries for clementine-1.3.1.r831.664c5a31f-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz ...
==> ERROR: No file in clementine-1.3.1.r831.664c5a31f-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz is linked to libicui18n

$ lddtree /usr/bin/clementine
[...]
libQt5Core.so.5 => /usr/lib/libQt5Core.so.5
libicui18n.so.65 => /usr/lib/libicui18n.so.65
[...]

So, your qt5 package is probably broken, due to it being correctly linked for me in a clean chroot install of clementine.
