Description:
Currently `python-setuptools` is a make dependency rather than a runtime dependency of s-tui, but when using 0.8.3 (the latest version in community repo), s-tui will complain
```
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/s-tui", line 6, in <module>
from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'
```
if `python-setuptools` is not installed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. `pacman -Rns python-setuptools`
2. `pacman -Sy s-tui`
3. `s-tui`
