Description:

When running systemd 243.162-2 and using systemd and sd-lvm2 hooks in mkinitcpio, will experience a 30s delay with udev in initramfs with message "A stop job is running for udev Kernel Device Manager". Switching to non-systemd mkinitcpio hooks instead does not present the same delay.

Additional info:

I'm experiencing the same issue, but I'm not using the sd-lvm2 hook. I'm using sd-encrypt.
