DetailsDescription: New plugin (filters) are not available in latest release.
Example : Release log announce that "elastic scale" is available by default in Shotcut since 19.09 => https://shotcut.org/blog/new-release-190914/ . Well it's ok, there are 2 files about it : $ ls -ls /usr/share/shotcut/qml/filters/elastic_scale total 16 4 -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1983 21.10.2019 14:23 meta.qml 12 -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 8671 21.10.2019 14:23 ui.qml But it's not present in Ui. It depends on a more recent version of frei0r-plugins. That's the main reason of why it's not present in User Interface. But main problem is that they don't want to release a new version of frei0r-plugins. But new features will not be available until frei0r-plugins-git (from AUR) is used ... Additional info: * package version(s) : 19.10.20 * config and/or log files etc. * link to upstream bug report, if any : https://forum.shotcut.org/t/new-filter-not-present-in-ui/14224 Steps to reproduce: - Install Shotcut - Add video - Add filter and look for "elastic scale" Sorry if it should be posted in frei0r-plugins |

Reason for closing: Won't implement
Additional comments about closing: We are not going to package frei0r-plugins master to make some plugins available in shotcut. You will have to wait for frei0r-plugins to have a release, if you want you can contact the upstream and ask for it.
