Details

In Lenovo 590 after update to 5.3.12 version
fails to start load kernel modules.

The output of 'systemctl status systemd-modules-load.service' is:
Loaded:loaded
Active: active(exited)
...

So that's your problem, you're booting an old kernel. This is a config issue, not a bug.
