Details

Description:
mypy can't be run without python-setuptools installed, which is listed just as make dependency, not as runtime dependency.
When attempting to run mypy without python-setuptools installed I get the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/bin/mypy", line 6, in <module>
from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'

Additional info:
* package version(s) 0.730-3

Steps to reproduce:
- install mypy
- make sure python-setuptools is not installed
- run mypy
