DetailsWhile base group has been removed from gcc, gcc-lib's .PKGINFO of 9.2.0-4 still lists 'group = base'.

gcc wasn't in the base group, it is a compiler. It is correctly removed from gcc-libs in https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/gcc&id=40c5409188ba1eced7b47de3020fcda46ffb3264
