I ask for it since I use it:
--enable-buffy-size Use file size attribute instead of access time

this means that if a program opens an mbox you don't lose the N flag
(useful with beagle or things like that)

I guess with this option you can also mount partition where mbox is with noatime, which is nice IMO.
