Detailsplease downgrade home-assistant to latest 0.100 version.
home-assistant >= 0.101 needs python-certifi >= 2019.9.11, while arch linux only has 2019.6.16. pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'certifi>=2019.9.11' distribution was not found and is required by homeassistant |

1) downgrade home-assistant
2) update python-certifi which is flagged as outed at packages.archlinux.org - https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/64555
3) Patch the source to remove the certifi dependency like several packages do https://github.com/felixonmars/archlinux-community/search?q=certifi&unscoped_q=certifi
It's up to the maintainer, anyway.
