Description:
the "restart gimp" button from crash dialog doesn't work

Additional info:
* gimp-2.10.14-1

Steps to reproduce:
-lead GIMP to crash (e.g. https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/64509)
-let GIMP open its "crash" dialog
-click on "restart GIMP" but nothing happens, GIMP doesn't appear
