DetailsOur upstream for compton is now renamed to picom: https://github.com/yshui/picom
Should there be a new package called picom while compton refers to the original, pre-forked versions? Or should picom replace compton completely since the latter is unmaintained? |

Picom is a fork of compton, which is a fork of xcompmgr-dana is a fork of xcompmgr. If a TU or Dev wants to add one of these ancestors to [community] or [extra], that's always an option.
