Description:
community/code is on v1.40.0-3 as of today, but `pacman -Syyu` attempts (and fails) to find v1.40.0-1 instead.
Similarly, `pacman -U <mirror_url>/code-1.40.0-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz` fails to resolve electron6 (also updated/added today)

Work-around
`pacman -U <mirror_url>/electron6-6.1.4-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz`
`pacman -U <mirror_url>/code-1.40.0-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz`

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
`pacman -Syyu code`
