DetailsUnder https://bbs.archlinux.org/profile.php?action=upload_avatar (Profile -> Personality -> Upload Avatar) you can choose a local image file to upload as an avatar. After selecting an image (which meets the specified criteria of <=10KiB & <=80x80px) and clicking "Upload", the user is directed to an error "PHP was unable to save the uploaded file to a temporary location".

Can confirm, I attempted to upload a new avatar and received the same error. "PHP was unable to save the uploaded file to a temporary location".
