This is a case of someone forking and bundling, not a project rename or anything like that. Replaces can only be used when the old project/name no longer exists and should never be installed on your system.

The project accuraterip-checksum is considered as unmaintained, that's why whipper forked the project and considers themselves as new upstream.
I support this decision. accuraterip-checksum will be removed from community in future.
