Description:
When sending the system to suspend or hibernate the system freezes and is completely unresponsive. The Screen stays on. The only option is to power cycle and reboot. there is only very little log output after initiating suspend: systemd-logind[1008]: Suspend key pressed. NetworkManager[973]: <info> [1572436182.1306] manager: sleep: sleep requested (sleeping: no > NetworkManager[973]: <info> [1572436182.1307] device (eno0): state change: unavailable -> unm> NetworkManager[973]: <info> [1572436182.3968] manager: NetworkManager state is now ASLEEP kernel: e1000e: eno0 NIC Link is Down systemd[1]: Reached target Sleep. systemd[1]: Starting Suspend... systemd-sleep[2220]: Suspending system.. Suspend and hibernate where working fine with 5.3.7-arch1-1. For now I have switched to linux-lts which also works as expected Additional info: * package version: 5.3.7-arch1-2 * CPU: Intel i7-3520M Steps to reproduce: * initate suspend or hibernate from console, GUI or hardware keys * system freezes |

I have tested with a newer kernel and the bug is gone.
No freezes/crashes during suspend with core/linux 5.3.10.1-1
Please close.
