Description:

I'm trying to use gqrx with an rtl_tcp server, but when starting gqrx with no suitable device connected to the local system, it doesn't start at all: "No supported devices found"
When I connect a local rtl-stick the SW/GUI starts, but then when trying to connect to a rtl_tcp server, it just uses the local stick, or crashed when trying to access the rtl_tcp server.

When I use the binary from the project-page ( https://github.com/csete/gqrx/releases/download/v2.11.5/gqrx-sdr-2.11.5-linux-x64.tar.xz ) everything works as expected.
Additional info:
* gqrx 2.11.5-7
* Tested (and failed) with vanilla arch and also a Manjaro installation
* Crashes with "No supported devices found"
* Crashes with "Failed to open rtlsdr device.", with local sdr and trying to connect to rtl_tcp server

Steps to reproduce:
* Install newest packages from repository
* start gqrx without sdr-stick connected
