That being said, which mirror do you sync from right now? We (try to) track this in our database.
Reading your wiki I see that it does mention a proving period as being a requirement for tier 1, sorry about that, didn't mean to jump the queue.
We currently update every hour and are downstream from mirrors.rit.edu/archlinux/
