Summary and Info:
The German version of the man page is out of date since pacman 5.2.
I just ran into this issue by trying pacman -Fo /path/to/file.
The German man page still specifies the -o parameter for the --file mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Try pacman -Fo /path/to/file.
2) Get error error: invalid option '-o'
3) Look into German man page of pacman.
4) *visible confusion*

If you need help, I'd be happy to contribute to the translation (though it should really not be much to do).
This task depends upon

The pacman project does not provide translated man pages. No idea where you got a German one from.

Sorry, wrong project.

$ LANG=C pacman -F /usr/share/man/de/man8/pacman.8.gz
usr/share/man/de/man8/pacman.8.gz is owned by community/man-pages-de 2.15-1

I re-opened this issue on the correct project: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/64295

So first you say "Can you migrate this issue or shall I re-open a new one?" then before anyone has a chance to respond you go open a new one anyway. :( :(

@eschwartz There was no response, so I made the call and noted it in the respective comment. Sorry for any inconvenience. It won't happen again.

You waited only ten minutes for a response, though, which is why I find it so bizarre... you anticipated the possibility we might have a policy to move bugs rather than open new ones, but then you opened a new one anyway. :/

@eschwartz I got it. I thought that after Allan's reply this would be closed anyway. So I reconsidered that asking you to correct my mistake of posting it in the wrong project was the wrong choice. I did it to spare you guys the hassle and thus created even more. Now I know better.

The current v2.15 is the latest stable version of the localized man pages. The upstream project seems to have done some recent updates to the source files. I presume it won't take long till they release an updated version. I won't be doing any patch cherry picking for this package though.
If you'd want to help the localisation team, I bet they would be glad: https://manpages-l10n-team.pages.debian.net/manpages-l10n/
I'd be closing this for now.
Have a nice evening.
Jaroslav
