Details
Summary and Info:
The German version of the man page is out of date since pacman 5.2. I just ran into this issue by trying pacman -Fo /path/to/file. The German man page still specifies the -o parameter for the --file mode. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Try pacman -Fo /path/to/file. 2) Get error error: invalid option '-o' 3) Look into German man page of pacman. 4) *visible confusion* If you need help, I'd be happy to contribute to the translation (though it should really not be much to do). |

I re-opened this issue on the correct project: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/64295
I'm not sure exactly how those work, but I think the necessary update is this: https://salsa.debian.org/manpages-l10n-team/manpages-l10n/commit/f8caafa791acbf2b121148ddb7f94553f10e7c74#ec0cdb180fffc7ec76f2da8f9b7c46472c2322da
If you'd want to help the localisation team, I bet they would be glad: https://manpages-l10n-team.pages.debian.net/manpages-l10n/
I'd be closing this for now.
Have a nice evening.
