the doc is missing from the package.

I have contacted the dev and they do not seem to be willing to include the doc in the source tarball.

So you need to fetch the doc from the git repo either or

The docs is also a submodule so by cloning the repo with --recursive you will get all of it (source code and doc) in one go, if I am not wrong.

I have no idea if `make install` will install the doc or not

For the kismet-git package in the AUR I just copied the data to /usr/share/doc. See
