DetailsDescription:
The --enable-tv configure option has been removed upstream, but is still in our PKGBUILD. It now gets parsed by waf as an unambiguous prefix of --enable-tvos, which we definitely don't want. That's presumably why --disable-tvos had to be added to the PKGBUILD; that can also be removed if --enable-tv is gone. This is just a PKGBUILD cleanup/correctness thing, shouldn't affect what gets built in the end (except for its own list of configure args for debug logs).
