Description:
The apache package owns config files in logrotates drop-in folder (/etc/logrotate.d), so logrotate should be an optional dependency. Previously logrotate was assumed to be installed anyway, because it was part of the base group, but this group is gone now and replaced with the base package which does not pull in logorate.
