upon every loading of system. i check the status of user@973 to find that it is loaded but not active (or failed) status

just executed systemctl --type=service, also have user@973.service loaded failed failed User Manager for UID 973 in the output, search in the internet showed this bugreport at the top.

* so it seems to be an arch thing
* it seems not to be a singular issue of the reporter
