FS#6424 - capture controls disapeared from gnome-alsamixer

DetailsIt just happened that I want to record my microphone but not anything else. So as usual I open gnome-alsamixer to change that (click on various microphone icons) but in the "Capture" panel, there is only the "Capture" control. And all usual capture controls such as line-in or microphone moved from this section to "Playback". I don't understand why. And the microphone icon from these controls disapeared.
I know my sound card is fully supported by the kernel because the KDE mixer (kmix) and alsamixer still show me the capture button for my capture controls. I also tried to re-enable all controls hidden without any change to the "Capture" panel. I use gnome-alsamixer-0.9.6-1 and my soundcard is (as displayed by alsamixer): VIA 8235 Realtek ALC650E |

it's quite sure an upstream problem
