Description:
libvirt in the latest version (5.8.0-1) breaks connection to local system.
libvirtd will fail to start and thus local vms can not be used.
bug also reported at red hat (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1752837)

Steps to reproduce:
update libvirt to latest version (5.8.0-1)

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1752837 is for a bug in fedora's packaging of libvirt-5.6.0 and the fix indicated is already in 5.8.0.
Please post the journal output for the failed service.
